Howard Brown is president and founder of Toronto-based Brown & Cohen Communications & Public Affairs Inc.
Since 1991, Howard has provided public and government relations services to over 250 companies, associations and not-for-profit organizations.
He is a former Ontario Policy Chair and Vice-President of Communications for the Liberal Party federally and provincially.
He holds a degree in Journalism from Ryerson University, a diploma from the Canadian Institute of Advertising and is both a Accredited Public Relations Professional (APR) and a Life Member (LM) of the Canadian Public Relations Society.
