The PAAC Ontario AGM will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 3:30 pm EST via Zoom. At the AGM, elections will be held to select the 2021 Ontario PAAC Board and Executive. The Ontario board is composed of a minimum of seven (7) elected directors and a maximum of sixteen (16) elected directors.
All PAAC Ontario members in good standing are entitled to run for the eight available open Board positions. Those interested must provide me notice of their intention, and biographical or campaign material in support of their nomination, at least 20 days from the date set for election.
Nominations will be accepted from the floor.
Only individuals who are, or become, members of the Board are eligible for election to the Executive.
The following positions will be elected at the AGM:
· President
· Vice-President
· Secretary/Treasurer
· Membership Chair
· Events Chair
If you intend to stand for election to the board and/or the executive, please let us know before the end of the business day on Monday, January 4th, 2021.
