Significant changes to federal lobbying compliance rules are taking effect in 2026. As of January19, 2026, the federal registration threshold for in‑house lobbying has changed from 32 hours per month to 8 hours in any rolling four‑week period, marking a substantial shift with operational implications for government relations practitioners.

 This session provides members with the opportunity to:
