Raj Sihota, VP Western Canada, Strategies 360
As Vice President of S360’s Western Canada region, Raj brings more than 20 years of experience as a senior advisor to leaders, legislators, political parties and campaigns. Raj has been at the center of major policy debates and issues management that have shaped British Columbia and party politics alike. Respected for her strategic process and communications savvy, Raj provides expertise and insights into campaigns, legislating, governing and governance.
Gabe Garfinkel, BC Campaign Co-Chair, Liberal Party of Canada
Gabe’s federal and provincial political experience includes running as a candidate, serving as a senior political staffer to BC’s Premier, working in government relations consulting as an Associate VP Public Affairs with Fleishman Hillard, and managing election campaigns for the Liberal Party of Canada. Gabe is currently the General Manager at Native Northwest, his family's business that creates clothing and products in partnership with local First Nations artists.
Rachael Segal, Senior Director, BC Liberal Party
Rachael has a BA in Political Science from the University of Victoria and is a lawyer with a Masters of Law (LL.M.) from Osgoode Hall law school in Toronto. While in law school, she founded, and served as President, to the University's first Women in Law Society.
Rachael spent many years working in policy roles in a number of Federal political offices including for two Members of Parliament, the Federal Government House Leader, the Federal Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, and most recently, as Director of Policy to a Canadian Senator.
Rachael also has extensive broadcast experience, having worked as a full time Contributor for a national Canadian television news network and as contributor with Newstalk 1010 in Toronto and a weekly contributor with CBC in Vancouver.

Andrew practices in labour, human rights, and election law. With a background in politics as well as law, Andrew takes a strategic approach to advice and advocacy. Andrew recently returned home to BC after nearly a decade in Alberta where he worked as both a lawyer and political advisor.
