Samantha Yaholnitsky is the Founder and Principal Strategist of Momentum Strategies, a boutique public affairs and systems strategy firm based in Saskatchewan. She works with nonprofits, associations, and purpose-driven organizations across Western Canada to strengthen government relationships, align stakeholders, and navigate complex, high-stakes decisions with clarity and confidence.
Samantha's background spans federal, provincial, and municipal politics, including campaign work, government advisory roles, and executive-level public affairs strategy. Her work today focuses on helping organizations build internal capacity, strengthen credibility with government, and achieve durable policy and funding outcomes.
As Interim President of PAAC's Saskatchewan Chapter, Samantha is committed to advancing professional standards in public affairs, supporting practitioner development, and strengthening the voice of the sector across the province.
